The prices quoted below are current to 2009, we will also 'freeze' the price rates for repeat clients and during some months we run promotions that result in price rate reductions. We have compared the market ourselves and continue to do so, we believe our prices to be realistic, highly competitive and represent excellent value for the excellent quality of service that we provide to our clients.
Our minimum site charge is just £40.00 plus VAT anywhere within Warwickshire, Coventry and parts of Leicestershire offering great value for a low quantity of appliances or equipment.

When comparing our prices, please remember that our prices are inclusive of rewiring and replacing plugs or changing fuses. For clients within the County of Warwickshire (and Coventry) we do not restrict or charge mileage, unlike a lot of other local and national PAT testing businesses.
We are often able to offer a discount for local charities and volunteer organisations, please let us know at the time of the quotation request.

Microwave Oven Radio Frequency Emission Level Testing....
Microwave Ovens require periodic testing using specialist test equipment to ensure the radio frequency emissions are below the accepted legal limit, 5mW/sq cm when measured at a distance of 50mm or more from the exterior surface of the appliance under test. The microwave emission testing takes place alongside your Portable Appliance Testing. This applies to both Domestic Microwaves Ovens (BS EN 60335-2-25) and Commercial/Industrial Microwave Ovens (BS EN 60335-2-90).
Testing of the unit involves measurement of the radiation levels around the oven using microwave testing equipment to ensure compliance with legal emission limit. The safety interlock switches and the door seals are inspected for any signs of damage to ensure that they function correctly and safety.
Microwave Oven Radio Frequency Emission Level Testing is charged at a rate of £2.50 ex.VAT per microwave, this price rate includes the Portable Appliance Testing.
